Since its establishment in 1991, the Phoenix Agency of North Carolina has been a leading provider of test and balance services in the Mid-Atlantic region. With over 30 years in the industry and more than 5,000 projects completed, our small but highly skilled team—comprising three AABC Certified Test and Balance Engineers (TBEs) and five technicians—brings over 100 years of combined experience to every job. Our expertise spans a wide range of project sizes, from $500 to $350,000.

We offer a full suite of services, including test and balance, air change verifications, critical room certifications, HVAC surveys, smoke control testing, and duct pressure testing. We collaboratively work with a diverse range of clients, including building owners, design professionals, general contractors, mechanical contractors, and commissioning agents.
